These Terms of Service govern your use of kingzkandles.com and purchases from KingzKandles, operated by Kingz n’ Thingz LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & Fragrance
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our candles accurately. Product color, wax appearance, labels, and packaging may vary slightly by batch or screen. Fragrance preference and perceived scent strength are personal and may vary by room and use.
Pricing & Offers
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. Current offers include candles at $12 each, an automatic 3-for-$33 merchandise price, and $6 standard shipping when discounted merchandise is $30 or less. FREE shipping applies only when discounted merchandise is strictly over $30, before taxes and shipping. Exactly $30 does not qualify. New email subscribers may receive a 10% discount for their first order. The totals calculated and validated by our checkout system govern the order. Taxes, when applicable, are shown before payment.
Candle Club Subscription
New enrollments are billed $24.99 every two months, plus any applicable tax, until paused or canceled. Each shipment includes two candles in subscriber-exclusive 10 oz jars, in the member’s chosen available scents, and standard shipping. Jar size does not state net candle fill weight. The first charge occurs when Square enrollment is completed; subsequent charges follow the two-month billing schedule shown by Square. Existing subscriptions retain their original billing cadence and included size unless a separate plan change is agreed.
Paid, active members receive 15% off the regular price of additional regular 8 oz candles anytime, including months without a subscription shipment. At the current $12 regular price, a member candle is $10.20. Sign in and use your membership email at checkout. Member pricing replaces other coupons and bundle discounts. Separate orders ship FREE only when discounted merchandise is strictly over $30; otherwise standard shipping is $6, including when the 15% member discount applies. Up to four extras may instead be purchased in the Member Portal to be held for the next club box, with no additional shipping charge. The two included larger-jar candles are not charged as add-ons.
Members unlock each Monthly Crown seven days before its public release, including off-months, subject to availability. Benefits continue throughout the active paid two-month period, not only in shipment months. Failed or unpaid renewals, effective pauses, and ended memberships do not qualify. A scheduled cancellation does not remove benefits before the current paid period ends.
Members can save scent choices and pause, resume, or cancel in the passwordless Member Portal. Changes after a box enters preparation may apply to the following shipment. Payment-card changes use Square’s Manage Subscription email link. Pauses and cancellations are scheduled for the end of the current billing period; canceling stops future renewals but does not reverse a box already charged or in preparation. Contact Customer Care about any paid extras being held for a box you no longer plan to receive. Unopened subscription candles follow our standard return policy.
Orders & Payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. We may refuse or cancel an order because of a pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Payments are securely processed by Square and may be subject to Square’s terms and privacy practices.
Shipping
Orders are normally prepared within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier delivery times are separate estimates and may be affected by events outside our control. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Returns, Damage & Order Changes
Our eligibility rules and procedures for returns, damaged or incorrect orders, cancellations, and changes are part of these terms and are explained on our Customer Care page.
Discount Codes
Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be limited, changed, or ended. Attempts to misuse, duplicate, or obtain codes outside their intended offer may result in rejection. The checkout system determines whether a code is valid.
Candle Safety
You are responsible for using candles safely and following product warnings and our Candle Care & Safety guidance. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects, and discontinue use when about ½ inch of wax remains.
Acceptable Use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse offers, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Ownership
The KingzKandles name, branding, site design, text, photography, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Kingz n’ Thingz LLC and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
The website relies on third-party providers, including Square, Netlify, Brevo, Google Analytics, Meta advertising tools, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites outside our control.
Disclaimers & Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated here. KingzKandles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
